The reimbursements of money for the canceled reservations are only allowed if it has been placed three days in advance prior to the start date of the reservation. Any cancellation request placed less than three days prior to the start date of the reservation will not be entitled for a reimbursement.
Only 50% out of the total amount paid at the time of the reservation will be reimbursed. Always need to produce the original receipt (photo copies are not accepted) in order to collect the entitled reimbursement amount for the cancelled reservation.
The entitled reimbursement amount can only be collected after 21 days from the start date of the reservation.
